Product Description
Multi-layer sintered wire mesh is a kind of filtration material that adopts multi-layer metal woven wire mesh and is manufactured by special stacking pressing and vacuum sintering process, which has high mechanical strength and overall rigid structure. The pores of each layer of wire mesh are interlaced with each other to form a uniform and ideal filtration structure, which overcomes the shortcomings of ordinary metal wire mesh with low strength, poor rigidity and unstable mesh shape, and it can be reasonably matched with the material's pore size, permeability and strength characteristics, thus it has excellent filtration precision, filtration impedance, mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and processability. Sintered wire mesh is generally divided into five-layer structure, which is divided into protective layer, filtration layer, separation layer, and support layer, and this kind of filter material has both uniform and stable filtration precision as well as high strength and rigidity.
