Copper Foam Porous Heat Sink Metal Mesh Filter
Dimensions: 3mm × 200mm × 300mm
Key Features:
1) Foamed copperoffers excellent thermal conductivity and is widely used for heat dissipation in motors, electrical appliances, and electroNic components
2) Due to its excellent electrical conductivity, Foam copper is gaining increasing attention in the industry for its application as electrode material in nickel-zinc batteries and double-layer capacitors.
3) Owing to its structural characteristics and the fact that it is essentially harmless to humans, foam copper also serves as an excellent filtration material for medical and water purification applications.
Application Areas:
(1) Electrode materials: Its excellent electrical conductivity makes foamed copper widely applicable as an electrode scaffold material for new battery types such as nickel-zinc batteries and double-layer capacitors. Currently, foamed copper has been tested by multiple nickel-zinc battery manufacturers and is already in mass production. Additionally, foamed copper is expected to gain widespread adoption as a current collector for double-layer capacitor electrodes. Furthermore, foamed copper holds great promise as an electrode material for the electrolytic recovery of copper-containing wastewater.
(2) Sound-absorbing and shielding materials: Sound waves undergo diffuse reflection on the surface of foamed copper, and through principles such as expansion-based sound absorption and microporous sound absorption, a sound-absorbing effect is achieved. The shielding performance of copper is comparable to that of silver, making it an excellent electromagnetic shielding material.
(3) Filtration Materials: Due to its excellent structural properties and minimal harm to the human body, foamed copper has been successfully applied as a medical filtration material; simultaneously, it holds great promise for use in water purification systems.
(4) Fluid Pressure Buffering Materials: The dispersive and buffering effects of foamed copper on fluids make it highly effective as a pressure-reducing protective device in various pressure gauges.
