Product Description
Copper foam is a new multifunctional material, which is composed of interconnected copper ligaments, forming an open and rigid three-dimensional network. Copper foam has good mechanical and processing properties, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, a large number of three-dimensional pore-like structures inside the material, a large specific surface, and both the alkali resistance and corrosion resistance of copper metal, good tensile strength and ductility, and has a good electromagnetic shielding and sound damping effect. It can be widely used as heat dissipation and heat exchange material for CPU and graphics card, LED and other electronic components, phase change energy storage material, cushioning and shock absorption structure material, lithium ion or fuel cell electrode material, noise dissipation material, electromagnetic shielding material, construction material, various primary filters, catalysts and carriers, etc.
Main Applications
Heat conduction
Copper foam has excellent thermal conductivity and apparent permeability, and is made into heat dissipation motors, electrical appliances, etc.; in addition, copper foam has become an excellent flame retardant material due to its good thermal conductivity, and has been used in many advanced fire-fighting equipment abroad, especially as a flame insulation device with better effect.
Electrode
Due to its good electrical conductivity, copper foam can be widely used as electrode skeleton material for new batteries, such as nickel-zinc batteries, double-layer capacitors, etc. Copper foam is expected to be promoted as electrode collector for double-layer capacitors; in addition, copper foam can also be used as electrode material for electrolytic recycling of copper-containing wastewater, which has broad application prospects.
Impact resistance
