PPI, Chinese for the number of holes per inch, the parameter is a special parameter of the foam sponge material, expressing the number of sponge cells per inch length of distance straight through, intuitive identification is the larger the PPI value, the smaller the holes on the surface of the material can be seen with the naked eye, we now mainly provide 10PPI to 140PPI between the material, subject to the limitations of the sponge substrate, PPI parameters in increments of 10, such as We provide 10, 20, 30, 40 and other PPI parameters of the material, but do not provide PPI of 23, 38 and other materials.

4. density, density is divided into bulk density and surface density, bulk density is the weight of the material in a fixed volume, such as 1000g/m3, surface density is the weight of the product in a fixed area under the specified thickness, such as 10mm thickness, 1600g/m2; density determines the strength of the material.

5. area, at present, the area of the common single piece of material provided is up to 500X500mm, (except for the mass production of continuous strip material, other parameters need to have a stable order, we design new equipment).
