1. Aluminum foil paper: aluminum honeycomb panels, the surface treatment during the processing of aluminum foil should be strict. In products with high requirements for strength or durability, aluminum honeycomb core materials made of pure aluminum foil should be used with caution.
2. Nodal adhesive: joint adhesive should be selected from epoxy-modified high-temperature curing adhesive, which can provide sufficient bonding strength, but also has excellent environmental resistance and high and low temperature resistance. Due to the low strength of the aluminum honeycomb core, the common adhesive is easy to debond, leading to overall failure and instability.
The joint strength data of aluminum honeycomb core should be ≥ 2.0n/mm. Its joint strength is the main basis for evaluating the performance.
