1. A new technical route for the preparation of Aluminum Foam by Physical Deposition of Aluminum - Oxidation to Remove Template - Gradient Annealing: Aluminum Foam materials with high purity, high chemical stability, high strength, large porosity, small pore size, and low density are prepared by the process of Physical Deposition of Aluminum - Oxidation to Remove Template - Gradient Annealing.
2. Infiltration method: this is an earlier development of the production process, through the salt particles are heated and poured into the molten aluminum, pressurized so that the aluminum infiltration, after cooling and cut into thin plates, finally washes away the salt particles, to obtain the through-hole structure of the foam aluminum.
3. Molten foam method: This method is currently the more mainstream domestic aluminum foam manufacturing method. It involves increasing the viscosity of the aluminum liquid and stirring sufficiently. The liquid is then injected into the gas or added to a foaming agent so that it expands to form a foam structure.
4. Powder metallurgy method: This method presses metal powder into a pre-product by mixing metal powder and a blowing agent, heating until the blowing agent melts, and then releasing gas to make the pre-product expand to form aluminum foam.
5. Electrodeposition method: This method obtains open-cell foam metal by performing steps such as conductive coating treatment on organic polymer foam, electroplating, removal of polymer foam, and sintering.
6. Vanishing mold casting method: A model is made using foam or other polymer materials, and then the model is buried in a high-temperature-resistant material and injected with a metallic liquid, which burns off the model and fills the space to form foam aluminum.
7. Preparation method, performance, and application of aluminum foam: Aluminum foam can be prepared by a variety of methods, including the liquid-phase method, solid-phase method, and electrodeposition method, and its performance research involves physical properties, mechanical properties, energy-absorbing properties, damping properties, acoustic properties and so on, and its application areas include building materials, decorative materials, sound-proofing materials, vibration-resistant materials, profiles, and automobile manufacturing industry.
