Product Description
Aluminum foam sheet, with excellent physical, chemical and mechanical properties and recyclability; aluminum foam “sandwich” composite panel structure, with light weight, high stiffness characteristics, can be used as an excellent structural material. The products are aluminum foam sheets and aluminum foam composite panels, which have the characteristics of ultra-light weight, sound absorption and noise reduction, energy absorption, high temperature resistance, non-aging, etc. They are widely used in rail transportation, vehicles, building decoration and home decoration sound insulation.

Corrosion resistance
Exposed to marine atmospheric environment for one year, no obvious abnormalities; accelerated corrosion conditions, water spray salt spray test for 2 years without abnormalities; indicating that the corrosion resistance of aluminum foam is very good. The surface can do spraying anti-corrosion treatment to further improve the anti-corrosion ability.
No moisture absorption
The moisture absorption rate of aluminum foam is 0.0%. There is no moisture absorption and no degradation of acoustic performance due to humidity.
Heat resistant/non-combustible characteristics
Tested by National Fireproof Building Material Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the combustion performance reaches A1 grade.
Thermal insulation performance
The thermal conductivity of aluminum foam is 0.25~0.62W/m-K, which is comparable to marble and has good thermal stability of heat insulation performance. The linear expansion coefficient of aluminum foam is 19.34*10/C, which is comparable with concrete, and it is not easy to be deformed by heat.
Green and environmental protection
Aluminum foam is a composite material composed of metal and air pore, which is non-toxic and will not escape toxic gas under high temperature and can be recycled.
Aluminum foam composite panel
It can be laminated with metal (aluminum, steel, etc.) and non-metal (wood, marble, fiberglass, carbon fiber, rubber, PE, etc.) materials on one side/both sides according to demand. Aluminum foam material as the base material can be single-sided or double-sided composite, with high-temperature hot-press bonding or room-temperature composite between layers, with light weight, high specific stiffness, aging resistance, good energy absorption, impact resistance, fireproof and explosion-proof properties.
